Alpha is a place where people can come together, ask any question, talk through issues, share their opinions and make new friends. All of this happens best in an environment of hospitality - from the time the guest enters the room all the way through the small group experience. 

So how do you set the stage for a great Alpha? 
Invite your team to this hands-on, interactive training! 

Together, we'll learn:

1. Small Group Best Practices
   • How to love others well through active listening
   • Most common issues in small groups and how to overcome them
   • How to improve retention and connection among guests
     
     
2. Prayer Ministry Best Practices
   • How to rely expectantly on the Holy Spirit
   • Practical dos and don'ts when praying for others
   • Tapping into our spiritual gifts

Registration will begin at 8:30 am. A light continental breakfast will be served.
Programming will begin at 9 am.
