This is an interactive day
to help you RUN and GROW your Alpha!
No matter if this is your first or fifteenth Alpha, this one-day experience will help you run Alpha more effectively by using Alpha strategically and equipping your church to reach the community around you.
Topics for the day include:
- Understanding why Alpha works and is needed
- Taking your Alpha from a Course to a Culture
- Learning how to Lead Prayer Ministry Time
- Alpha Lab for personalized assistance
PLUS the RUN and GROW breakout Tracks Include:
RUN ALPHA is for those newer to Alpha (1-2 times). It will help you get your Alpha started effectively by looking at what Alpha is, the best practices of Alpha, inviting more guests on your course, and leading the Alpha small group.
GROW ALPHA is for Alpha veterans (3 or more times). It will help you take your Alpha to the next level by focusing on 5 ways to Expand the Culture of your Alpha, Enhancing your Alpha through deeper best practice application, and Empowering your Team with Mastery vs Creativity. We will conclude with looking at tough group dynamics and how to handle them.
