Alpha Training Labs are an interactive day
to help you run and grow your Alpha
No matter if this is your first or fifteenth Alpha, this one-day experience will help you run Alpha more effectively by using Alpha strategically in your ministry and equipping your church to reach the community around you.
Topics for the day include:
- Understanding Alpha best practices
- Improving your invitational culture to reach more guests
- Planning next steps for your guests after Alpha
- Building a diverse team to help take Alpha to the next level
For those new to Alpha or recently started (1-2 times), RUN ALPHA will help you get your Alpha started effectively by looking at what Alpha is, the best practices of Alpha, Alpha small groups and leading prayer ministry.
For Alpha veterans (3 or more times), GROW ALPHA will help you take your Alpha to the next level by focusing on building an invitational culture in your church, creating a meaningful Alpha Weekend experience, deepening your team's skills in listening and facilitating conversations, and mapping natural next steps for your Alpha guests.
